Our snap caps are made out of 1" 360 alloy brass with a bore mop screwed into the end of them to prevent rust in your chambers. A piece of nylon in the backside is what protects your firing pin from damage. You can get these in 20 and 12 gauge at the moment, if you have any interest in .410, 28, or 16 gauge, please email us. These snap caps are $8 plus $1.50* shipping for one or $15 plus $1.50* shipping for a pair.

Here is our newest product. It is a hull cutter that is meant for cutting down hulls to be used in the older guns with the 2 9/16" and 2 1/2" chambers. Machined from 6061 Aluminum and bead blasted for a nice look, they are quite simple to run. With this cutter you are able to take any hull and cut it down to your desired length of either 2 9/16" or 2 1/2". It is easily adjustable by moving the adjusting screw on the end in and out and then tightening it with the jamb nut. You can do multiple gauges by simply buying a full cutter and then a different gauge body and switch the handle and hardware between the two. If you are interested in having a cutter in a gauge that we don't specify, please Email Us and we will be glad to work with you on a custom cutter.

These are thumbscrews for the charge bars in MEC reloaders. You can see one in use in this picture. They are made out of 304 stainless steel so you don't have to worry about them rusting. Cost is $7.00 a piece plus $.50 shipping. If you want to buy in large quantities, please Email Us.
Add On Ribs
This is a rib we made for a BT-99. The zip ties are on the rib to hold it while the silicone cures.
They are cut off later.

Base Price for a non vented, non tapered, no bead flat rib 16-27 inches long cut to your dimensions is $90 with shipping. You can then use the table below to add whatever options you would like.

NOTE: We have switched to a different type of material, we are no longer using Delrin. We are now using a material called ABS, it is still a black plastic, but it machines much better and is more rigid.
These ribs can be cut with tapers or left parallel, and vented (if any) to your specifications. They can also be grooved on the bottom to fit over your existing rib. Bead sizes, unless specified, are .1" front bead and 1/16" mid bead, we can also remove your original front bead and use it on the new rib, and only charge for the mid bead and the installation. We will now install your rib if you wish, you simply send us your barrel, we make the rib, we install it, and we ship it back to you. All you have to worry about is shipping it to us and reassembling the gun.
We've had a few questions regarding the length of ribs we can do. We can do the ABS add on ribs up to 27 inches long, any longer than 27 has to be made out of aluminum and powder coated. Aluminum adds to the total cost of a rib due to machine time and materials cost and will be quoted at time of order. If you would rather have an aluminum rib, regardless of length, be sure to specify when you are ordering with us.
